Do you offer installment plan?
Yes, we do offer 3 months interest free installment with Atome for purchase above $120 by signing up as Atome user. There will be a small administrative fee incurred.
What payment modes do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayNow. All payments are charged in SGD. Please note goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Gelareh.

Can I choose Delivery Date / Timing?
Our delivery is within 7 calendar days after full payment received. As our delivery partner will deliver the item(s) after working hours during weekdays and day time on Sunday.
You may approach us just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, if you have any urgent delivery surcharge applied.
If the item(s) L+W+H = 160 cm and not exceeding 10 kgs (small parcels), we will use external courier service and you may not be able to choose a delivery date/time. Instead, you will receive an email once your order has been collected by the courier. You can then expect to receive your oder 1 - 3 working days from the date you received the email.
Can you hold my order until my house is ready?
Congrats on the new home! Yes, we can hold your order for up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. You'll be able to choose any delivery date within 30 days from the date your order will be ready for delivery.
Extra storage fees are applicable if you need to hold your order for more than 30 days. Simply send an email to email@example.com with your order number and preferred delivery date, and our team will get back to you. Due to warehouse space constraints, we seek your understanding that such requests will be on case-by-case basis.
Can I self-collect my order?
Sure thing! All you need to do is to click self collection. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatApps +65 92976216 before dropping by, as we need to ensure your order is ready for collection.

Installation assistance needed?
We're able to offer installation/mounting service with add on. Charges applied based on your order. Do feel free to contact us at email@example.com by providing us your order number.
Installation (drilling) is done by our partner and this service only available as a package that required delivery. It will be arrange after 7 pm on weekdays and day time on Sunday.
We're not able to handle drilling to the tiles/stones finishing wall and shall not be liable to any cracks on the wall due to drilling.
I cannot find my order confirmation / tax invoice, can you please resend it?
